Using the app

BillSplit helps you split shared bills. Calculations are provided for your convenience and should be reviewed before settling amounts with others. You are responsible for verifying final amounts.

Premium and purchases

Premium features are offered as an in-app purchase managed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. You can restore purchases at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep calculations accurate, but we don’t guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axain Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
